1. Tire wire drawing machine
The motor drives the hydraulic system and the cylinder, and the hook connects the cylinder rod. The movement of the oil pump and the cylinder causes the hook to reciprocate. Put the tire in the pull mouth, hook the hook to the inner ring of the tire and start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the cylinder, the rubber of the sidewall is broken, and the whole steel wire is pulled out and separated smoothly.
2. Double Shaft Tire Shredder
The truck tire shredder is double-shaft shear crusher that the tire is simultaneously cutting, shearing tearing in the horizontal and vertical directions to achieve shredding effect into small-sized. Shredder is driven by electric motor, made of special alloy steel, controlled by logic controller.
It can be automatically reversed when encountering hard objects. The discharge size can be designed according to user requirements
3. Rubber Granulator
The rubber block is important equipment for rubber wire separation. The head of the movable knife and the head of the fixed knife are rectangular. The head of the movable knife is welded to the movable knife with a high hardness of tungsten carbide, and the head of the fixed knife is welded to the fixed knife with a high hardness of tungsten carbide. 4. Magnetic Separator
